Help
Online help is offered throughout Hayton College’s online travel and tourism courses at key points during the course.
We also offer email support (up to 10 emails per user) and can offer tutoring services if required. Most students don’t require any assistance to successfully complete a course!
In-course Help
Courses are offered with a range of help options, including tutorials, glossaries and “how tos”. Help features have been added based on feedback from students who have completed the courses – we’re interested in your suggestions!
Email support
Each Hayton student will be able to use the help@haytoncollege.com email support service. We generally find that one email per lesson is more than sufficient to assist students – if you do require additional help, additional email support packages are available for a small fee and we can provide telephone tutoring at an hourly rate. Please see Support Services tab for more details.
How to Enrol
Use the Enrol Online buttons for the course you wish to enrol in.
You’ll be taken to another page where you can select which computer reservations system you would like to learn and determine your payment method.
If you pay online (wire transfer also available) you’ll be taken to a secure PayPal payments page where you confirm your course and enter your credit card details.
There are no additional fees or costs and we don’t keep your credit card details on file. All our payments are processed by PayPal, so you can be confident in the security of your purchase.
Once your payment has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and, within 24 hours, an email with the access details on how to log in to your account and start your course.
